Insightfulness was born in 2015 from a deep wish to share with others the things I have learned over many years – in the corporate environment as well as in the classroom - about human behaviour, our wish to connect, belong and flourish while making sense of what takes place around us.
My motivation derives from seeing my clients and their teams becoming the best versions of themselves in order to excel in achieving their professional and personal goals. This is done using a systemic perspective, supporting and encouraging clients to reflect on their behaviour patterns, and how these are helping or hindering them to achieve their ambitions. The consistent positive feedback from clients who attribute improved performance and well-being to my interventions provides me with enormous enthusiasm.
